The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Our Service Charges are non-refundable. Any government charges transferred, if for some reason the government work is rejected, will be non refundable. Any unspent Government charges available with us will be refunded.
Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
In case of any job cancellation due to government rejection, the job will be considered cancelled and the refund of unspent government charges will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation. The settlement time for reflection in our accounts is at least 7 working days.
Online package is for outside country visa process. In case inside country visa process, an additional Government Fee of AED 1303 will apply. (Subject to change as per Government).
The office desk provided is from a 3rd party. All queries regarding the desk will be addressed by the 3rd party as well as payment will also be collected by the 3rd party.
Package is for a single expat shareholder. In case of more than one expat shareholder, an additional Government Fee of AED 500 will apply. (Subject to change as per Government).
Package excludes foreign trade name.
Package is applicable for those activities that have no external approvals.
Health insurance is mandatory for processing visa which is not included in the package.
In case your activity is not covered under the package, a full refund will be provided.
