Important Requirements for Business Center License
- The legal type for the license can be obtained as an LLC, Sole Establishment or Civil Company
- The activity Fees for this activity will be AED 25000 annually apart from the license fees
- There will be RERA Online training for the manager of the company and the same will be done within 4-5 hours
- The cost for the RERA Training is AED 520
- The minimum office space required is 5000 sq feet
- A client having the business centre license will be able to give Ejari to clients who are renting in the Business Center
- The layout of the office has to be submitted to Dubai Municipality and the Land Dept. for the approval
- After the Interior Fit out, an Inspection will be done by the Municipality and RERA
- With additional approval, the business centre can also add sustainability centre activity to provide desk facilities to clients
